Instructions
Cook Seasoned Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper, then add to the hot skillet. Cook for 5-6 minutes until chicken is golden brown and nearly cooked through. Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken and add 1/4 cup water. Stir well and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and coating is thickened.

Prepare Vegetables and Tortillas
Push chicken to one side of the skillet and add diced onion and bell pepper to the empty space. Cook for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp. Arrange all toppings in small bowls: shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, avocado slices, and cilantro. Place warm tortillas on a serving platter alongside the chicken mixture. Let everyone build their own tacos by placing chicken and vegetables in tortillas and adding their favorite toppings. Serve with lime wedges for squeezing over the tacos.
